Protect and grow your main asset!!!

Rationale
In our current environment, financial institutions are finding it very difficult to protect and expand their loan portfolio, thereby affecting the bottom line of most organizations. In an attempt to address this issue, NEM Leadership Consultants has decided to host this second comprehensive two-day workshop on Credit Management. In accordance with CBTT Financial Stability Report – June 2013 “The current low interest rate environment has not brought about the desired credit expansion as lending to businesses has continued to decline and consumer credit has remained sluggish…. Given the lethargic pace of business and consumer borrowing and the limited investment opportunities, these has been a substantial accumulation of excess liquidity in the financial system”

Are you been affected by this reality?

What can be done to reverse the effects of this dilemma? • Is your main income stream at risk?
• Are you having difficulty meeting loan target?
• Do you need a different approach towards recoveries and bad debt management?
• What avenues are available to protect and grow the loans portfolio?
• Would you want to know why other organisations portfolio is increasing - while yours is declining?

The current economic environment has made credit expansion very difficult to achieve, resulting in low income and reduction in profit available for distribution.

The primary objective of the Comprehensive Credit Training Programme is to ensure that decision makers who are responsible for the organisation’s lending function are aware of the techniques, approaches, know-how, and strategies to effectively manage , sustain and expand the
credit portfolio.
